電化學式:氣體通過多孔膜背麵擴散入(rù)傳感器的工作電極,在此(cǐ)處氣體被氧化或還原,這種電化(huà)學反應引(yǐn)起流經外部線路的(de)電流的變化,通過測量電流的大小就可測得氣體濃(nóng)度。
催化燃燒式:催(cuī)化燃燒式傳感器屬於高溫傳感器,催化元件(jiàn)的檢測元件是在鉑絲線圈(φ0.025~φ0.05)上包以氧化鋁和粘合劑形成球狀,經(jīng)燒結而(ér)成,其外表麵敷有鉑、鈀等稀有金屬(shǔ)的催(cuī)化(huà)層,對鉑絲通以電流,使檢測元件保持高溫(300~400℃),此時若與可燃氣體接(jiē)觸(chù)如甲烷氣體,甲烷就會在催化劑層上燃燒,燃燒的實質是元件表麵吸附的甲烷與吸附的氧離子之(zhī)間的反(fǎn)應(yīng),反應完成後生成CO2和H2O解析,而氣相中的氧(yǎng)由被元件吸附並解離,重新補充元件(jiàn)表麵(miàn)上的氧離子(zǐ)。利用元件測量甲烷式基於在其表(biǎo)麵測量甲烷燃燒反(fǎn)應放出的熱量的原理,即燃(rán)燒使(shǐ)鉑絲(sī)線圈的溫度升高,線圈的電阻值就上升,測量鉑絲電阻值變化的大小(xiǎo)就可以知道可燃氣體的濃(nóng)度(dù)。
紅外式:由不同原子構成(chéng)的分子會有的振動、轉動頻率,當其受到相同頻率的(de)紅外線照射(shè)時,就會發生紅外吸(xī)收,從而引(yǐn)起紅外(wài)光強的變化(huà),通過測量紅外線強度的變化就(jiù)可以測得氣體(tǐ)濃度。
